Crescent Bank was formed in 1989 by a group of local business and civic leaders who recognized the need for a new community bank in Pickens County. Their goal was to establish a bank with unparalleled personal service combined with a complete line of superior banking products and services. In addition to placing an emphasis on the most valuable asset an organization can have - employees that are committed to the communities where they live and work. Each day we strive to achieve that same founding goal.

Today we remain a locally owned and managed community bank headquartered in Jasper, Georgia. Crescent Bank serves the northern metropolitan Atlanta counties of Pickens, Cherokee, Bartow, Forsyth and northern Fulton with ten full service locations, and three commercial lending centers in Cherokee, Cobb and Walton counties. A new mortgage lending center opened in the third quarter 2005 in Cartersville, Bartow County.
